ALFA II generation
Second generation (ALFA II) joints are advanced version of the first generation joints, with the main advantage that they are completely universal, i.e. they connect the flange with any pipe of the same nominal diameter.
ALFA II generation joints have a very wide range of diameters which are covered by one joint (see the table). They cover all pipe types of the same nominal diameter, even the non-calibrated diameter of asbestos-cement pipes, type D, which is a rarety.
ALFA II generation joints are made mutually identical for all types of material and pipes which are covered by ALFA I generation joints. There is a difference in ALFA-PE II generation joint which has a rubber gasket with toothed ring, which is also the case with the first generation.
